Homestead of Shawnee is looking for a dedicated Dietary Supervisor to lead our dietary staff.

- Ensure that all items needed to prepare foods on the menu are available to dietary staff. Ensure that appropriate inventories of food, supplies and equipment are available.
- Maintain and keep accurate accounting for all budgets assigned, and inform Administrator prior to spending monies in excess of the budget.
- Be responsible for staff in the dietary department. Follow the facility policies when hiring, orienting, and disciplining employees.
