Base pay in the range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. The role is also eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefit eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school.
• Must possess a minimum of one to three years of experience in nursing service administration with one year of management experience preferred.
• Additional education or experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.

• Current RN state nursing certification in good standing with no actions on the nursing license.
• CPR and First Aid certifications must be current.

• Standing, walking, sitting; use hands and fingers to handle or feel.
• Reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Talk or hear; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Vision; requires interaction with coworkers, residents, or vendors.
• Occasional weekend, evening, or night work if needed to ensure shift coverage.
• On‑call as needed.
• Possible exposure to communicable diseases and infections.
• Potential injury from transferring, repositioning, or lifting residents.
• Exposure to latex, blood‑borne pathogens, and various drugs, chemicals, infectious, or biological hazards.
• Requires travel occasionally.

• Supervise the day‑to‑day operations of the identified unit, maintaining the highest degree of quality care.
• Assist the Director of Clinical Services in managing the unit’s day‑to‑day operations.
• Assess needs and development of residents, implementing comprehensive care plans and consulting with physicians.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to develop discharge plans and assist in discharge planning.
• Conduct resident rounds to assess nursing care, conditions, and ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment; audit documentation with Charge Nurse.
• Act as liaison between residents, families, physicians, and staff.
