Base pay in the range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. The role is also eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefit eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

Minimum Requirements- Graduate from an accredited nursing school.
- Must possess a minimum of one to three years of experience in nursing service administration with one year of management experience preferred.
- Additional education or experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.
Special Requirements
- Current RN state nursing certification in good standing with no actions on the nursing license.
- CPR and First Aid certifications must be current.
- Standing, walking, sitting; use hands and fingers to handle or feel.
- Reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Talk or hear; lift up to 50 pounds.
- Vision; requires interaction with coworkers, residents, or vendors.
- Occasional weekend, evening, or night work if needed to ensure shift coverage.
- On‑call as needed.
- Possible exposure to communicable diseases and infections.
- Potential injury from transferring, repositioning, or lifting residents.
- Exposure to latex, blood‑borne pathogens, and various drugs, chemicals, infectious, or biological hazards.
- Requires travel occasionally.
- Supervise the day‑to‑day operations of the identified unit, maintaining the highest degree of quality care.
- Assist the Director of Clinical Services in managing the unit’s day‑to‑day operations.
- Assess needs and development of residents, implementing comprehensive care plans and consulting with physicians.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to develop discharge plans and assist in discharge planning.
- Conduct resident rounds to assess nursing care, conditions, and ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment; audit documentation with Charge Nurse.
