As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a pivotal role in our healthcare team by overseeing staff assignments and providing comprehensive supervision of resident care. Your responsibilities encompass ensuring the highest degree of quality resident care by adhering to established policies and procedures, as well as following the guidance of the Director of Nursing (DON).

• Complete all required RN record‑keeping forms and charts during a resident's admission, discharge, transfer, and other important events. Ensure records are appropriately filed or forwarded.
• Prepare and administer medications as prescribed by the physician.
• Facilitate the admission, transfer, and discharge of residents, including arranging transportation and packing.
• Administer professional services, including catheterization, tube feeding, suction, wound care, specimen collection, and other procedures as per policy.
• Collaborate with consultants and implement recommended changes under DON guidance.
• Investigate complaints and grievances and provide reports to the DON.
• Exchange nursing reports at shift start/end.
• Conduct daily checks on residents to ensure prescribed treatments are administered correctly and assess well‑being.
• Keep the DON informed about resident, staff, and related matters.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school or recognized RN program with current licensure in Kansas.
• Strong leadership abilities and willingness to collaborate with professional and nonprofessional personnel.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Salary: $32.50–$60.45 per hour (night shift).
