As an RN/LPN at Merriam Gardens, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us deliver exceptional care to our patients.

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and conducting vital sign checks
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Conduct patient assessments and document patient information accurately
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
