Distribution and Logistics Specialist - Warehouse Courier (M/F) 7:30am - 4pm Position Summary / Career Interest

The Spend Management Distribution Center courier works in collaboration with all system departments to support the Spend Management relationship in the delivery and transportation of goods and services associated with and across the health system to ensure high-value, quality, safety, and support of financial stewardship to the organization. This position is responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual and/or automated tasks necessary for product delivery at the local level.

• Must be able to perform the professional, clinical and/or technical competencies of the assigned unit or department.
• Performs/controls a combination of manual and/or automated tasks for the delivery, loading/unloading and shipment of product at the assigned locations.
• Responsible to support all activities of the distribution center during shift to include receiving, picking, shipping, staging, transportation, storage, and delivery of product.
• Responsible for timely, accurate delivery of supplies at designated locations.
• Responsible for strong professional customer service to front line teams.
• Must possess strong interpersonal capabilities.
• Must meet productivity and quality metrics set by manager.
• Must maintain clean driving record.
• Must be able to operate warehouse equipment including forklift, order picker, reach truck, motorized pallet jack.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Local delivery locations.
• Must be able to perform the professional, clinical and or technical competencies of the assigned unit or department.

• High School Graduate or GED.
• 1 or more years of courier experience.
• Warehouse equipment training and certification will be provided.

• 2 or more years of courier experience.

• Class C Valid Driver's License
• Clean driving record.
