Senior Sourcing Manager – GE Health Care
Negotiate with dedicated suppliers to achieve the best contractual conditions while ensuring internal customer satisfaction. Demonstrates in‑depth knowledge of best practices and how the semiconductor and FPGA areas integrate with other functions.
Roles and Responsibilities- Define the supplier strategy, including management and optimization of suppliers for FPGA’s and semiconductors; lead negotiations and allocate needs to specific suppliers.
- Lead commercial sourcing activities such as data analysis and negotiations support; manage claims and related procurement processes.
- Develop deep expertise in the discipline; act as a best‑practice and quality resource.
- Communicate complex messages effectively; influence others and build consensus on technical and commercial matters.
- Impact functional and organizational projects, driving quality, efficiency and effectiveness within the team.
- Apply data analysis and technical expertise to support recommendations and decisions.
- Master’s degree from an accredited university or college, or high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in sourcing or commodity management.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems and lead programs or projects.
- Experience in program planning, execution, and documentation.
- Established project management skills.
