Players Club Service Representative

Salary: $15.00 per hour
ALL FULL TIME POSITIONS: In addition to your pay, your salary also includes Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance. The biweekly deduction from employee paycheck is $40.00 for Employee Only, $95.00 Employee plus Children, $120.00 Employee plus Spouse, and $140.00 Employee plus Family.
Job Summary

Responsible for providing first‑class service to casino guests while performing essential Players Club functions.

• Provide first‑class service to casino guests and promote Players Club registrations.
• Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor when interacting with casino staff and guests.
• Follow guidelines of Players Club incentives and promotions to encourage guests to sign up for Players Club.
• Perform data entry on Players Club computer terminal and maintain any required documentation for sign‑ups.
• Present casino information in a helpful and friendly manner, including Players Club, casino amenities, promotions, and events.
• Report directly to Players Club Manager for requests and discrepancies.
• Sustain acceptable performance as set by management guidelines.
• Perform all other duties and projects as assigned by management.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Typing 50+ WPM and proficient computer skills required.
• 2+ years experience in a related field preferred.
• Commitment to teamwork and disciplined prioritization.

• Sitting or standing for long periods of time; occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, stooping; good finger dexterity and feeling; frequent repetitive motions; talking, hearing and visual acuity.
• Frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs).

Normal office environment. Fast‑paced atmosphere.
