Broad River Rehab has a PRN opportunity for Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Shawnee, OK.
OverviewThe primary purpose of this position is to provide and deliver direct speech therapy services to adult and geriatric patients within a medical model of practice, helping them achieve their maximum functional performance.
Responsibilities- Provide and directly deliver speech therapy services to patients (adult and geriatric).
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders as appropriate.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
- Collaborate with the care team to optimize patient outcomes and document progress per facility policies.
- Oklahoma Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
- Must be a SLP-CCC.
