Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist - Nuclear Medicine

American Traveler is hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with 1+ year of experience and ARRT(N) or CNMT certification (license required if applicable).

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
• ARRT(N) or CNMT certification required (license required if applicable)
• Experience drawing venous blood
• Proficiency with isolation precautions and PPE
• Skilled in starting and maintaining IVs
• Experience storing, handling, and disposing of radioactive materials
• Lead experience required

• Nuclear Medicine department setting
• 5x8 hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• No weekends or call required
• Uses Siemens equipment
• Epic EMR experience required
• Facility is closed on major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day) but open the days before and after if they fall on a weekday
• First-time travelers will be considered for this position
• Black scrubs required
• Must be clean-shaven to achieve a proper mask seal for respirator fit testing; no medical or religious exemptions accepted
• CAPRs and PAPRs are not provided, and candidates may not use personal CAPRs or PAPRs
• Local candidates within 70 miles of the facility are not accepted
