Ennoble Care in Oklahoma is hiring an experienced Advanced Provider (NP or PA) to deliver primary and palliative care to homebound patients in Shawnee/McCloud on a full-time basis.
You will perform exams, develop diagnoses and treatment plans, prescribe medications, and coordinate with families and our clinical team to ensure compassionate, patient-centered care.
Board certification in OK and 1–2 years of geriatric primary care are preferred; flexible schedule and support are provided.
