Overview

As a Club Manager, you lead and support your team of employees running the Club operation, championing and embodying our culture, mission, and values.

Responsibilities
  • Recruit and hire enthusiastic team members who believe in our philosophy and want to help people live healthier lives.
  • Develop and lead your team to take ownership of the business by providing an exceptional member experience in a clean, judgement‑free environment.
  • Lead by example and do what you want your people to do in all aspects of your operation.
  • Develop a sense of “family” with your team and members by honoring our mission and living our Core Values.
  • Grow the business and deliver results through sales‑related initiatives and managing controllable cost.

Qualifications
  • Minimum age 18 years old.
  • At least 1 year of industry experience in customer service, operations, and team leading.
  • Demonstrated initiative, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships.
  • Physical ability to communicate, stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, reach, climb, balance, kneel, and handle potentially hazardous chemicals.
  • Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
  • English proficiency; bilingual Spanish considered a plus.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
