RNs are fully accountable for ensuring that the highest possible quality of care and safety is delivered to residents, and we recognize that these nurses are the backbone of a strong clinical culture.

Available Shifts
  • Mon-Fri 3pm-11pm (with $0.50/hr shift differential)
  • Mon-Fri 11pm-7am (with $0.75/hr shift differential)
  • Weekends 11p-7am (with $0.75/hr shift differential)
  • 8hr shift Saturday and Sunday
Responsibilities and Purpose
  • Obtain and administer prescribed medications and treatment following approved nursing techniques. Ensure residents' chart is current.
  • Observe residents and record significant conditions and reactions. Notify appropriate parties of residents' changes in condition and response to drugs, treatments, and significant incidents.
  • Take vital signs to detect deviations from normal and assess residents' condition.
  • Keep residents' families and physicians informed of any changes in resident behavior, medications, or health conditions.
  • Modify residents' care plans, care directives, Activities of Daily Living (ADL), and Aide flow sheets in conjunction with residents' changes in condition.
Required Experience and Education
  • Current and unencumbered Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) License.
  • Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification.
Desired Experience
  • One (1) or more years of experience in a skilled nursing or Long-term Care environment is preferred.
