Responsibilities- Own the Sales Game:
Crush sales goals by delivering next‑level customer experiences, upselling accessories, and promoting promotions to drive revenue. - Piercing Excellence:
Conduct piercings, provide after‑care education, and maintain a sterile environment while addressing customer questions. - Keep It Fresh:
Maintain an attractive store with organized inventory and appealing displays for easy browsing. - Team

Skills:
At least one year of retail experience, ideally with some leadership or sales‑driving responsibility. - Ready to Hustle:

- Proficient in conducting piercings and demonstrating patience and empathy, especially with young or anxious customers.
- Proficient operating a POS system for efficient transactions.
- High school completion and at least one year of retail management experience.
- Physical ability to stand during scheduled shifts, lift 11–35 kg (25–75 lb), bend, stoop, and climb ladders or step stools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers, employees, and management.
- Strong grasp of mathematics for inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for fashion and customer service.

CompensationHourly range: $9.50 – $11.00. The final compensation will be determined by experience, education, and location.
