  At least one year of retail experience, ideally with some leadership or sales‑driving responsibility.
• Ready to Hustle:
  Organized, self‑motivated, and always looking for ways to level up.

• Proficient in conducting piercings and demonstrating patience and empathy, especially with young or anxious customers.
• Proficient operating a POS system for efficient transactions.
• High school completion and at least one year of retail management experience.
• Physical ability to stand during scheduled shifts, lift 11–35 kg (25–75 lb), bend, stoop, and climb ladders or step stools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers, employees, and management.
• Strong grasp of mathematics for inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for fashion and customer service.

Hourly range: $9.50 – $11.00. The final compensation will be determined by experience, education, and location.
