The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute various tasks including planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented to fulfill the following requirements:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Perform store measurements and cycle counts.
• Complete the Tractor Way top cap process and hang store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, and Add Value & Appreciate.

Ensure customers have a memorable shopping experience that sets us apart. Provide peak coverage during high-traffic times and perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Retail and/or merchandising experience required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical conflict resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal assistance needed to complete tasks.

• Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle is required.
• Maintain a safe, productive environment following safety guidelines.

• Travel support for district needs.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 lbs with proper equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, climb ladders frequently.
• Access all store areas safely.
• Operate store equipment and complete documentation accurately.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete training successfully.
• Operate equipment such as dollies, hand trucks, forklifts (age restrictions apply).
• Lifting up to 50 lbs, driving, standing, walking, reaching overhead.
• Move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs throughout the store.
• Maintain physical and mental stamina for store activities.
