• Greet customers and guide them through their shopping experience.
• Sell shoes, apparel, and accessories.
• Ring up sales on computer and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Help restock the sales floor.
• Keep the store neat and clean.
• Teach others how to perform the above tasks.
• Lead the team to ensure the best customer sales experience.
• Make deposits at the bank.
• Process freight and set up the sales floor as items arrive.

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and personal transportation for bank deposits.
• Willingness to teach others how to sell and learn about people management.
• Willingness and ability to open/close the store, including periods of lone presence.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Can kneel, twist, bend, climb ladder, reach, stoop and lift 25‑50 pounds.
