You will provide patient-centered primary care to employees at assigned Marathon Health Centers through an Employer‑Sponsored Direct Primary Care. This is an exciting opportunity for a primary care career where you can truly have it all: a smaller panel where you spend as much time as you want with your patients without financial risk.
Employer‑Sponsored Direct Primary Care Model- Enhanced relationships: patient panels limited to 800‑1000 patients, patient‑centered medicine in a capitated‑fee environment, appointments 30‑60 minutes allow extra time for the care team.
- Aligned incentives: focus on improving health outcomes, driving patient engagement, creating high‑satisfaction service. All care provided is included in the monthly membership fee paid by the employer.
- Focus on preventive care: proactive work with patients to prevent diseases and injuries through lifestyle changes.
- Flexible practice approach with improved quality of life: insurance‑free work environment, minimal paperwork, technology‑enabled remote patient access through mobile and secure email.
- Improved medical model: electronic medical records and rigorous population management tools to assist clinical teams.
- Collaborative oversight: physicians actively collaborate with at least two or more Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) within the organization.
Graduation from an accredited medical school and completion of residency with professional experience in:
1) Family Practice or
2) Internal Medicine + Pediatric. Board certification or eligibility and intent to certify required; active state license required; DEA preferred. CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date. Per state regulations, may be required to have a dispensing license.

Pay Range$215,000 – $260,000 per year. The actual offer may vary depending on geographic location and the candidate’s years of experience and/or skill level. This position is also eligible for an annual incentive.
