Pay Range: $27.60/hr - $28.94/hr + $2.00 Shift Premium

Hours:

9:00pm - 5:30am, Sunday - Thursday (Overtime as production demands)

• Consistently manufacture "great tasting" sausage products according to specifications
• Work together with other Formulation Members to obtain World Class blending results in safety, yields, usages, and efficiencies.
• Must be willing to cross train and run the Franco-Matic in the stuffing department
• Participate in daily Grill meetings and project teams
• Have the opportunity to think pro-actively and understand how formulation effects plant flow
• Set goals and objectives; both personal and as a team member to acquire "superlative" performance in order to support the Johnsonville Way
• Grow, develop, and stretch yourself by continuing to find new and better ways to meet your commitments to yourself, your team and to JVL.
• Create and update a Personal Development Commitment to help you set goals and focus on your accomplishments.
• Have the opportunity to rotate within Formulation as well as other departments for break relief

• Manufacturing experience in the Food Industry preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills required
• Ability to multiply, divide, subtract, and add up to 10,000 is required
• Must be able to complete production documentation paperwork accurately
• Must be able to lift up to 60lbs
• Must be able to obtain a fork-lift license
• Must be able to set up the Wolfking grinder independently after proper training
• Must be able to identify formulation Critical Control Points (CCPs) and maintain all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Must be willing to learn basic computer skills such as Word, Excel, Access etc
• Must be able to learn SAP Basic and RF scanner training
• Must be willing to cross-train in the Riverside Stuffing department
• Based on business necessity, must be proficient in English

Ability to pass a pre-employment, post offer drug screen, physical and background check
