Hourly Shift Manager (up to $18/hour) at McDonald’s

This position is in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is the sole employer for all employment matters, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing and scheduling. McDonald’s USA has no control over employment decisions.

Role Overview

Managers lead shifts weekly, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during the shift, upholding quality, service, cleanliness, safety, security and profitability.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail or hospitality.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
• Must be 18 years or older.
