Parts Counterperson

Job Overview

Join the Dahl Honda team in Sheboygan, WI as a Parts Counterperson! In this position, you will use your customer service and organizational skills to assist our technicians and guests in getting the correct parts for their vehicle repairs and needs. Previous automotive parts experience is preferred, but not necessarily required.

• Assist guests in finding the appropriate parts for their vehicle.
• Create and modify purchase orders.
• Work with technicians to ensure they have the parts needed to complete vehicle repairs.
• Work with manufacturer catalogs and DMS systems to determine correct parts and pricing.
• Process and close open invoices.
• Maintain a high level of service and urgency for all internal departments.
• Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction over the phone and on the counter.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with auto parts sales (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Detail-oriented, professional appearance, and strong work ethic.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
