Trainer – Epic, Madison, WI

Please note that this position is based on our Madison, WI campus and requires relocation to the area. Epic recruits nationally and provides financial relocation assistance.

As a Trainer you’ll lead in‑person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users, as well as Epic staff. You will be the first point of contact for many of our staff and users, shaping their experience as they transition to Epic. Your role spans the entire training process from instructional design to the development of training materials and scenarios.

Outside the classroom, you work in tight‑knit teams to design workflow‑based training content, collaborate with organizations to develop their training, and contribute to projects that make our software more intuitive.

• Bachelor’s degree or greater (any major)
• Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred
• A history of academic and professional success
• Willingness to travel at least 6 times per year to customer locations
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
• COVID‑19 vaccination
