JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Drive aggressive preventive and corrective actions to improve reliability and reduce the cost of poor quality.
- Analyze reliability, warranty, customer feedback data to develop a list of priority projects.
- Collaborate with field service, design engineering, manufacturing quality, and supplier quality to validate and prioritize projects.
- Facilitate the problem‑solving process using 8D or DMAIC to achieve full closure and prevention.
- Plan, conduct, and analyze reliability tests; collect and interpret data to drive verification and validation.
- Track and monitor field performance for new product releases as part of an early warning and reporting team.
- Continuously improve the Problem Resolution process in conjunction with New Product Development (NPD).
- Lead and manage reliability projects, coordinating cross‑functional teams.
- Apply structured problem solving to reduce internal and external failure costs.
- Utilize probability and statistical analysis, including Pareto and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Participate in design reviews covering DFM/A, serviceability, and safety.
- Use data collection and instrumentation to understand failures and system interactions; develop test methods to simulate field environments.
