- Assist with accident investigations.
- Administer and maintain OSHA‑required safety programs (e.g., hazard communication, lockout/tagout, confined space entry, PPE, machine guarding, etc.).
- Conduct environmental health and safety audits and follow‑up with corrective actions.
- Develop and implement projects to improve safety performance (e.g., ergonomics, safety awareness, recognition program).
- Address employee environmental health and safety concerns/issues as necessary.
- Conduct environmental health and safety training.
- Support facility First Responder Squad.
- Attend monthly EHS Committee meetings.
- Support Divisional ISO compliance efforts.
- Assist with all aspects of environmental program management (e.g., stormwater/wastewater management, waste management, Title V management, remediation project management).
- Act as a liaison with all Federal, state, and local regulatory agencies.
- Support the KOS Improvement System.
- Other duties as required.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in EHS or related study (preferred).
- Three to five years’ experience in the environmental health and safety field.
- Experience with union groups is preferred.
- Experience with Gensuite is a plus.
Salary range
: $69,800.00 – $87,950.00 (may vary by education, experience, and work location).
