** Quality Engineer – Small Assembly
** will own product and process quality for our small industrial generator assembly lines. This is a
* critical role
* responsible for raising first-pass yield, reducing scrap, and making sure every nonconformance is contained, dispositioned, and corrected at the root  this
** Quality Engineering
** position, you will be the floor-based quality owner for two assembly lines, run nonconformances through the Material Review Board (MRB), lead root cause and corrective action (RCCA), and drive process improvements that deliver measurable gains in yield and cost. You'll partner closely with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, and Supplier Quality to keep the lines running and improving.

This opportunity is ideal for a quality engineer who thrives in a hands-on, high-mix production environment, enjoys solving problems on the line, and is motivated by seeing their improvements show up in the metrics.
