Overview

Join Clifton Larson Allen  (CLA) as a Chief Financial Officer – Healthcare within our CAAS (Client Accounting & Advisory Services) practice. Based in one of our Wisconsin offices—Green Bay, Manitowoc, Sheboygan, Milwaukee, or Racine—the role reports to the client’s executive team and oversees financial strategy, planning, and client engagement across multiple engagements.

• Lead client CFO services, driving capital planning, risk management, KPI analysis, and board interactions.
• Partner with clients to set financial policy, guide strategy, and maintain best‑practice procedures.
• Direct financial administration, budgeting, long‑term planning, and cost management.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, audit coordination, and operational metric reporting.
• Build strong client relationships, serve as a key member of the client management team, and network externally to position CLA as a thought leader.
• Effectively manage multiple client engagements in a fast‑paced environment.

• 8+ years of relevant accounting/finance experience; healthcare industry experience highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; CPA certification preferred.
• Prior project management and client management experience preferred.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced setting.
• Frequent local travel to client sites; occasional non-local or overnight travel for client visits, training, or meetings.
