Job Summary
Evaluates and treats all referred occupational therapy patients according to physician’s orders. Outpatient, flexible schedule. Work in an expanding clinic with a PT and PTA. CEU opportunities.
LocationSheboygan, WI – NE‑Sheboygan North Taylor Clinic.
Shift DetailsClinic hours 7:30 am – 5:30 pm Monday–Friday. No weekends or holidays.
Experience & Qualifications- Minimum 2 years occupational therapy experience preferred.
- Master’s degree from an accredited OT program required (Bachelors grandfathered).
- Wisconsin state OT license required or eligible; must obtain within 3 months of hire.
- AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider (BLS) or approved equivalent required within 30 days of hire.
