As a Behavior Technician (BT), you’ll help children achieve life‑changing milestones—like saying “I love you” for the first time. Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you’ll guide children through fun, skill‑building activities that promote growth and reduce challenging behaviors. The ages are from 2‑14 years old.

• No experience required – we provide paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Center-based – you have the support of and connection with other teammates and supervisory staff onsite.

• No RBT? $16.00 to $17.00
• Sign On Bonus $750.
• Obtained your RBT? Start at $16.00 for RBT 1 with potential to move up to $20.00 with progressions into Advanced ARBT
• Pay based on experience, education, and performance
• 401(k) with company match

• 18+ years old required
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong work ethic
• Comfortable playing with children
• Full‑time availability (Monday–Friday)
• Occasional Saturday availability for make‑up sessions
