Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities- ?
Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required - ?
Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required - ?1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred

Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence - ?
Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes - ?
Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations
