HR Generalist – Sheboygan area

Our client, a leading specialized distribution company, is seeking a HR Generalist for a temporary role (4-6 months) in Sheboygan, WI. This role supports day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance, assisting employees, and partnering with management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain employee records and facilitate HR communications.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration.
• Analyze compensation data and ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee workers’ compensation, leave management, and performance reviews.
• Assist in employee relations, investigations, and HR training.
• Plan engagement initiatives and support safety programs.

Qualifications:

• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Strong communicator with HR knowledge (ADP Workforce Now a plus).
• Able to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and confidentiality.

Pay: $22-25/hr.
