Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Employee Relations
Our client, a leading specialized distribution company, is seeking a HR Generalist for a temporary role (4-6 months) in Sheboygan, WI. This role supports day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance, assisting employees, and partnering with management in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records and facilitate HR communications.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration.
- Analyze compensation data and ensure policy compliance.
- Oversee workers’ compensation, leave management, and performance reviews.
- Assist in employee relations, investigations, and HR training.
- Plan engagement initiatives and support safety programs.
Qualifications:
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Strong communicator with HR knowledge (ADP Workforce Now a plus).
- Able to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and confidentiality.
Pay: $22-25/hr.
