Position OverviewThe Director, Strategy and Corporate Development will lead Vollrath’s efforts in strategy development, deployment, and mergers & acquisitions. This role will also oversee key strategic initiatives within the company's overall planning.
Key ResponsibilitiesLess than 15% on average, with higher travel for M&A projects.
Qualifications- At least 7 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or corporate strategy.
- Experience with multiple transactions and understanding of deal processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial skills.
- Structured thinking and ownership mindset.
- Leadership ability through influence and effective communication skills.
