BW Paper systems is seeking a Project Management Leader to drive on-site execution of new equipment orders in Phillips, WI. You will guide a PM team, manage budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination to meet project objectives.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, 8+ years as a Project Manager, and 5+ years leading PM teams. PMP or similar certification is preferred; travel about 20%. On-site work 5 days/week with relocation assistance possible.
