Georgia‑Pacific is hiring Production Associates at its Corrugated facility in Sheboygan, WI.

Shift: Not guaranteed; you must be flexible and available to work all shifts, overtime, and Saturdays as needed.

Hours:

• 1st shift: 6 AM – 2 PM
• 2nd shift: 2 PM – 10 PM
• 3rd shift: 10 PM – 6 AM (starts Sunday night)

• Operate equipment to defined standards and product specification targets
• Monitor and input data into computer control systems
• Troubleshoot equipment to optimize production
• Perform basic asset care duties including routine preventative maintenance and cleaning of work area
• Work as a team to help meet or exceed production, waste, quality, and safety goals
• Operate and/or work around mobile equipment
• Maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, including wearing safety equipment
• Perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for up to twelve (12) hours a day in a loud/noisy, industrial, high‑volume environment

• Experience in a manufacturing, agricultural, warehouse, or military environment, or completion of post‑high school education in manufacturing/industrial
• Experience using a computer, tablet, or smart device
