Production Associate

Georgia‑Pacific is hiring Production Associates at its Corrugated facility in Sheboygan, WI.

Shift Information

Flexible scheduling is required; all shifts, overtime, and Saturdays may be requested. Shift assignment is not guaranteed.

Shift hours:

  • 1st shift: 6 AM – 2 PM
  • 2nd shift: 2 PM – 10 PM
  • 3rd shift: 10 PM – 6 AM (starts Sunday night)

Physical location: 1927 Erie Ave, Sheboygan WI 53081

What You Will Do
  • Operate equipment to defined standards and product specification targets.
  • Monitor and enter data into computer control systems.
  • Troubleshoot equipment to optimize production.
  • Perform basic asset care duties, including routine preventative maintenance and cleaning of the work area.
  • Work as a team to help meet or exceed production, waste, quality, and safety goals.
  • Operate and/or work around mobile equipment.
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, including wearing required safety equipment.
  • Perform physical tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing, and/or pulling for up to twelve (12) hours a day in a loud, noisy, industrial, high‑volume environment.
What Will Put You Ahead
  • Experience in a manufacturing, agricultural, warehouse, or military environment or completion of post‑high‑school education in manufacturing/industrial.
  • Experience using a computer, tablet, or smart device.
