Join the team to manage material receipt, storage, control, and internal distribution at the Rehlko Power Systems facility in Mosel, WI. This role supports scheduling and production to keep the production lines fully supplied with minimal loss of productivity or inventory.

• Conduct monthly safety training for all areas of responsibility and ensure associates are working safely, including wearing all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Report, investigate, and follow through on all safety issues in the assigned area.
• Schedule associates, set expectations, and monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery of material to points of use with quality.
• Own the proper storage of material and maintain optimal inventory accuracy.
• Ensure associates follow appropriate non-conformance and LOTO procedures.
• Hold associates accountable to safety, quality, performance, and attendance standards.
• Coordinate the training and development of associates to meet job expectations.
• Ensure associates have all equipment necessary to perform the job and that equipment condition is maintained in accordance with Materials Manager directives.
• Resolve any union grievances with assistance of Materials Manager.
