You will document vitals and patient data in the EMR, perform routine rounds, and assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges with a focus on patient comfort and safety.
You will also collect specimens, assist with nutrition and positioning, maintain skin integrity, and help with IVs or post-mortem tasks as needed, under RN
