Sheboygan, WIOur client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Quality Manager to join the plant leadership team and drive quality, process improvement, and change across the facility. This role requires a highly influential, hands-on leader who can build relationships across operations, establish strong quality standards, and drive accountability without relying solely on direct authority. The successful candidate will bring strong quality experience, a high level of ownership, and the confidence to challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive quality standards and continuous improvement across the facility

Influence cross-functional teams and create accountability around quality

Partner closely with operations and employees on the production floor

Lead quality and process improvement initiatives

Identify root causes and drive sustainable corrective actions

Strengthen quality culture through communication, coaching, and training

Support customer quality expectations and issue resolution

Qualifications:

Strong quality leadership experience within a manufacturing environment

Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority

Proven experience driving change and process improvements

Strong communication skills and leadership presence

Root Cause Analysis and quality management systems experience

Corrugated or packaging experience is a plus, but not required

Lean/Six Sigma, SPC, SQF, BRCGS, or HACCP experience is a plus
