• Perform maintenance on residential and commercial HVAC systems to extend lifespan and improve performance.
• Diagnose issues through inspections and diagnostic tests to ensure accurate solutions.
• Provide repairs to address system malfunctions and maintain peak functionality.
• Ensure safety by following company safety standards and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.
• Communicate with customers clearly, explaining maintenance procedures, recommendations, and repair details.
• Document work by keeping accurate records of maintenance tasks, inspections, and repairs performed.

• Experience:
  
  3–5 years of hands‑on HVAC maintenance or service experience.
• Certifications:
  
  EPA Certification is required.
• Education:
  
  High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Driving Record:
  Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Background Check:
  Must pass a criminal background check.
• Work Eligibility:
  Authorization to work in the United States is required.
