Advocate Health Care - : R155162 [Refrigeration Technician / AC Technician] As a HVAC Trades Specialist at Advocate Health Care, you'll:
Perform facility and equipment maintenance in accordance with applicable codes and standards;
Conduct preventive maintenance tasks and repairs on basic facility systems such as plumbing, medical gas, fire alarm, HVAC and electrical systems;
Manage response and repairs associated with emergencies such as leaks, floods, water outages, fires, power outages, etc;
Reads blueprints, Life Safety drawings and maintenance manuals to gain knowledge needed to complete assignments.
