Child Support Liaison

Starting Wage: $24.91/hour
– Key Responsibilities
- Serves as the primary liaison between FSC W-2 programs and Child Support Agencies (CSA).
- Builds and maintains relationships with CSA staff and community partners supporting noncustodial parents.
- Identifies and connects low‑income noncustodial parents to employment and training services.
- Coordinates referrals to workforce programs, including W-2, Transitional Jobs (TJ), Trial Employment Match Program (TEMP), Food Share Employment and Training (FSET), WIOA, Vocational Rehabilitation, Veterans Employment Programs, and other supportive resources.
- Collaborates with FSC staff to ensure coordinated service delivery and positive employment outcomes.
- Maintains accurate documentation and supports program compliance.
- Competitive starting wage: $24.91/hour (based on experience)

- Associate degree and two years of related experience, or equivalent combination
- Experience in workforce development, employment services, or human services preferred
