Starting Wage: $24.91/hour

• Serves as the primary liaison between FSC W-2 programs and Child Support Agencies (CSA).
• Builds and maintains relationships with CSA staff and community partners supporting noncustodial parents.
• Identifies and connects low‑income noncustodial parents to employment and training services.
• Coordinates referrals to workforce programs, including W-2, Transitional Jobs (TJ), Trial Employment Match Program (TEMP), Food Share Employment and Training (FSET), WIOA, Vocational Rehabilitation, Veterans Employment Programs, and other supportive resources.
• Collaborates with FSC staff to ensure coordinated service delivery and positive employment outcomes.
• Maintains accurate documentation and supports program compliance.

• Competitive starting wage: $24.91/hour (based on experience)

• Associate degree and two years of related experience, or equivalent combination
• Experience in workforce development, employment services, or human services preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
