Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Program | Milwaukee & Sheboygan Counties

Are you a Wisconsin Certified Peer Specialist passionate about supporting individuals and families impacted by substance use and mental health challenges? • Hybrid remote flexibility with community-based work
• Part-time, as-needed schedule
• Weekly individual and team supervision
• Opportunity to complete the FCT Peer Endorsement Certification
• Additional pay incentives:
  • +$1/hour for bilingual Spanish speakers
  • +$1.50/hour upon completion of FCT Peer Endorsement Certification
• Meaningful work that helps families remain safely together and overcome generational trauma

• Provide peer support services to individuals and families engaged in substance use recovery.
• Partner with families using the evidence-based FCT model.
• Collaborate with treatment teams, community partners, and support systems.
• Maintain timely and accurate electronic documentation.
• Participate in weekly supervision, team meetings, and peer reviews.
• Provide flexible support, including some evening appointments and participation in an on-call support rotation.

• Wisconsin Certified Peer Specialist certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to meet LSS driving and insurance requirements
• Successful completion of background check

• Experience working with family systems, trauma, mental health, and/or substance use disorders
• Bilingual Spanish skills
