- Friday with Rotating Sundays Join a High-Energy Warehouse Team Capstone Logistics is hiring Warehouse Associates to join our fast-paced warehouse operation in Sheboygan, WI. This is an active, hands-on role supporting daily warehouse operations, including freight handling, loading, unloading, palletizing, and order fulfillment. Responsibilities Load and unload freight from trailers safely and efficiently Sort, palletize, repack, and stage product for warehouse operations Assist with order selection and freight movement throughout the facility Perform inventory audits and quality checks as needed Maintain productivity and accuracy standards Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Follow all company safety policies and operational procedures Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned by site leadership Qualifications Previous warehouse, distribution, loading, unloading, or material handling experience preferred Equipment experience is a plus but not required;

training is provided Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards Willingness to learn and grow within the organization

Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry products weighing 25-75 pounds Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift Ability to work on concrete floors for extended periods Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying conditions Ability to perform physical labor throughout the workday Why Work with Capstone Logistics?
