Position Overview
Seeking an Overage, Shortage & Damages Team Member responsible for managing damaged and returned products. The role involves receiving over-shipment and damaged items, repackaging salvageable products, and preparing non-sellable items for shipment.
Key Duties Include- Retrieving and repackaging salvageable products for warehouse return
- Stacking unsellable products on pallets, shrink-wrapping, and shipping to other facilities
- Accurately recording receipt of returned goods
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Ability to lift 30-70 lbs, stand/walk up to 12 hours, work in varying temperatures, operate necessary equipment, and perform physical tasks like bending and stooping. Must work a full shift with occasional overtime.
This position requires initiative, productivity, safety awareness, and attendance. The work environment includes dry, refrigerated, and frozen areas. No travel is necessary.
