Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to join our STARTUP Company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online store presence across various platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, website management, and data analysis to drive sales growth and enhance customer engagement. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing a broad skill set including SEO, graphic design, and digital advertising to elevate our brand’s online visibility.
Ideal candidate should have prior experience managing a Shopify Store. This is a part‑time role which can be managed remotely. Once the store revenue picks up we can think of moving this into a full time role.
Responsibilities- Manage and optimize product listings across e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Design compelling graphics and promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Maintain and update the company website using SHOPIFY, Word Press, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as needed.
- Execute targeted advertising campaigns through Google Ads, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and other digital channels.
- Conduct keyword research to identify trending topics and optimize content for search engines.
- Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote products or special offers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Monitor industry trends in digital marketing and e-commerce to recommend new tools or techniques for continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, Word Press, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and graphic design principles.
- Familiarity with keyword research tools and techniques for content optimization.
- Ability to analyze data effectively to derive actionable insights for campaign improvements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design aesthetics and user experience.

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
