Overview

As the Client Solutions Associate, you will provide administrative support to the Commercial Client Service and Commercial Fleet Auto Teams. Together you deliver tailored Insurance solutions, ensuring our clients are thoroughly protected against the effects of damage to commercial property and assets, loss of income due to unforeseen incidents or even damages to third parties. This role is a phenomenal entry point for anyone looking to build a career in the Insurance industry!

How you’ll make an impact
  • You will be supporting a commercial brokering team, playing an essential role in business retention, and ultimately ensuring clients have a seamless new and renewal experience.
  • Role tasks will include processing renewals and endorsements, proposals, invoicing, and Certificates of Insurance. You will also assist in crafting client presentations and further strengthening insurance partner relationships.
  • You will continue to build insurance subject matter expertise and upgrading skillsets through training on specific coverage lines, insurance products and client management systems.
  • You will be open to identifying areas of opportunity for process improvement, making full use of available CRM capabilities, technology and other Gallagher resources.

About you
  • Secondary School Diploma required, College or University Degree strongly preferred.
  • Level 1 BC Insurance license with ICBC experience, given priority.
  • A year of professional work experience is required. Experience in an Insurance Brokerage or Customer Facing Environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of EPIC broker management system is considered an asset but not required.
  • An interest in pursuing technical Insurance Designations highly preferred (i.e. CAIB, CIP, CRM).
