Breadth & Depth

  • Handle routine auto claims with moderate risk using your skills and knowledge.
  • Settle claims within your authority and get approval for larger ones.
  • Follow clear guidelines and ask your manager for help when needed.
  • Industry training is required; you report to a Team Manager.
Job Requirements
  • Prioritize and manage your workload to meet service level agreements for both service and productivity. Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality in all correspondence and information.
  • Stay informed about industry practices, procedures, and emerging trends relevant to claims assessment and litigation.
  • Protect organizational interests by identifying and managing risks, escalating non-standard or high-risk activities as necessary.
  • Contribute to operational excellence and support timely, accurate completion of business processes.
  • Ensure documentation accurately reflects client and business intentions, in compliance with rules and regulations.
  • Actively participate in process improvement initiatives and provide guidance and direction to others.
  • Maintain a culture of risk management and control, complying with internal and industry codes of conduct.
What You Will Need To Succeed
  • College or University degree required.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in claims or a related field.
