Position: Intensive Case Management Nurse for Youth Mental Health and Substance Use
Take on the role of a Mental Health Nurse, specializing in Intensive Case Management for youth. Deliver impactful mental health and substance use services while working in both community and facility settings.

In this position, you will interact with young clients, creating and executing individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans. You must have at least two years in MHSU nursing, alongside a solid understanding of community programs and crisis intervention techniques. Strong critical thinking, communication, and collaborative skills will be essential to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized rehabilitation plans for clients

• Assess clients’ mental health and substance use challenges

• Educate clients and families about treatment options

• Monitor side effects of medications and provide necessary interventions

• Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

• Two years of experience in adult or youth MHSU nursing

• Current registration as an RN or RPN

• CPR certification required

• Proven experience supporting youth in a community setting essential
