Nestlé Sales Apprentice Leeds

Start a sales career with Nestlé in the United Kingdom, developing customer management and negotiation skills through a degree apprenticeship. Spend one day weekly on studies.

As a Sales Apprentice, you will rotate through sales operations, eCommerce, category management, and account management. You will work with Sales and Commercial Category Teams, experienced mentors, and key customers. The programme develops practical knowledge across Nestlé’s food, nutrition, coffee, and confectionery categories.

• Support commercial plans for key customer accounts
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external buyers
• Support and lead commercial presentations and meetings
• Analyse data and market trends informing sales strategies
• Identify commercial growth and sustainability opportunities

• Right to work in the United Kingdom without sponsorship
• Meet Government apprenticeship funding and residency requirements
• GCSE Maths and English grades 9-4 or equivalent
• At least 104 UCAS points or equivalent qualification
• Be aged 18 by 1 September 2027
