37.5 hrs per week
Full Time Salary: £25,077.00*

Full‑time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part‑time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
- Support the data and performance team leader and wider team to collect and manage the data requirements for the services, including the collation and monitoring of several different data systems both internal and external.
- Work with the administrative team to provide administration of comprehensive office management, office systems and administrative support service.
- Develop and nurture sound relationships with Change Grow Live Business Support and external office and equipment suppliers.
- Manage an electronic filing system to ensure that service users data and information are kept in an orderly and accessible manner (CRIIS or equivalent system).
- Assist in the servicing and maintenance of IT and telecommunication systems and all other office equipment (e.g., fax machine, photocopier).
- Photocopying as required, collating, laminating, and binding of report documents when necessary.
- Strong administrative skills and experience working in a busy office environment.
- IT literacy including proficiency in data collection systems (e.g., NDTMS, Public Health).
- Expertise in working with WORD and EXCEL.
- Excellent time management, organisation and communication skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain prison vetting in addition to working within the scheduling of prison system.
- 25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays. Additionally, you'll receive one extra day of annual leave for each year of service during your first five years; therefore you will enjoy 30 days of leave after five years with us.

The successful candidate will need to complete an enhanced DBS check and obtain HMPPS security clearance. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK at the time of application.
