Are you a passionate Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in children's learning? Academics are recruiting dedicated TAs to support schools in Sheerness, helping pupils achieve their potential while providing high-quality classroom support.

What we're looking for:

Experience working with children in a school or educational setting
A positive, patient, and proactive approach
Ability to support small groups, 1:1, or whole-class activities
Good communication and teamwork skills
A commitment to safeguarding and child development
A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

Your role may include:

Supporting children's learning and development across all subjects

Assisting teachers with classroom activities and planning

Providing targeted support to individuals or groups

Helping create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment

Working collaboratively with staff, pupils, and parents
