Are you a dynamic, visionary leader with a passion for education and a commitment to nurturing young minds within a faith-led community? We are seeking an Assistant Headteacher to join our dedicated leadership team and help shape the future of our school.

As Assistant Headteacher, you will:

• Work closely with the Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher to provide strategic and operational leadership.
• Champion our Christian ethos, inspiring staff and pupils to live out our core values.
• Lead on key areas of school improvement, curriculum development, and staff professional growth.
• Teach a KS2 class, modelling outstanding practice and fostering high achievement.
• Serve as Subject Leader for Maths, driving excellence across the curriculum.

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status and a relevant degree.
• Has proven leadership experience and a strong understanding of high-quality teaching.
• Communicates effectively, builds strong relationships, and motivates others.
• Is committed to inclusion, safeguarding, and the Christian foundation of our school.
• Demonstrates resilience, integrity, and a passion for continuous improvement.

• Be part of a collaborative, innovative leadership team.
